Our IP team handles a significant number of national, community and international trademark registrations before the Cyprus Trademark Registry, OHIM and WIPO respectively. We are also very experienced in trademark opposition, invalidity and cancellation proceedings .Trade mark searches, renewals and recordal of changes are also amongst the services provided by our IP Department.

Being well-acquainted with European Community and national Customs’ anti-counterfeiting procedures we are highly experienced in safeguarding and enforcing our clients’ intellectual property rights in Cyprus.

Our IP team is very experienced with patent proceedings before the Cyprus Patent Registry, including the validation of European Patents in Cyprus, renewals/payment of annuities, recordal of changes, and the registration of national patents.

Our IP services also extend to cover Industrial Designs, including registration and renewal procedures at both national and Community level.
