Our litigation engagements – including, among other substantive areas, corporate, financial, insurance, intellectual property, real estate, white-collar criminal, professional liability, tax, bankruptcy and insolvency, competition, employment, administrative and constitutional law, securities and investment company litigation – are among the largest and most complex of any law firm in Cyprus.

The firm also handles a significant number of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution matters involving government contracts, construction and financial legal issues.

The litigation department is divided into two groups:

Group One, deals with banking and finance disputes, company and partnership disputes, debt collection, accidents and personal injury claims, insurance claims and disputes and debt collection.

Group Two, deals with matrimonial law matters, property disputes including construction disputes and rental control, employment law, employer’s liability and all matters relating to administrative law.
